The caring and temperate approach Jim brings to coaching comes from his roots as a clinician. That is balanced with his understanding of the need to establish plans with measurable results when working with leaders, either in the largest organizations or in one-on-one engagements.
How We Do It
In the curricula he has created, he combines multiple coaching and learning approaches to achieve outstanding results for diverse audiences from the informal leader to the C-suite executive. For example, he designed and implemented created multiple leadership academies, including a Physician Leadership model, for OhioHealth and the University of Virginia.
